The project finished after half a year with the full replacement of search results. In social media the negative moods towards the client were greatly minimized in correlation with positive and neutral publications.
In social media the work was aimed at writing positive publications, writing replies to negative messages from supposedly real social media users. The goal was to blend positive and negative information in neutral publications, neutralizing the relevance of the latter.
The opinion was formed that authors of negative publications and their opinions were marginal.
